Shipping Information
We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times vary based on the method chosen:
- Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances, but we strive to keep you informed.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our outdoor living products, including flags, fountains, garden decor, and patio essentials. If you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Outdoor Cushions
- Outdoor Pillows
Additionally, custom or personalized items (e.g., certain garden sculptures and wind chimes) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange using the provided template.
- Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely repackage the item in its original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags and packaging).
- Ship Your Return: Clearly write the RMA number on the package and ship to: Northlight Shop, 1776 Jarvisville Road, Westbury, NY 11590 USA. Use a trackable method for your protection.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please allow 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchange Processing
- Replacements are shipped once we receive the returned item.
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment.
- If the exchange item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference; if it costs less, we will refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
