Shipping Information

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times vary based on the method chosen:

  • Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances, but we strive to keep you informed.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our outdoor living products, including flags, fountains, garden decor, and patio essentials. If you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Outdoor Cushions
  • Outdoor Pillows

Additionally, custom or personalized items (e.g., certain garden sculptures and wind chimes) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange using the provided template.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Securely repackage the item in its original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags and packaging).
  4. Ship Your Return: Clearly write the RMA number on the package and ship to:

Note: Returns without an RMA number may face delays or rejection. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchange Processing

  • Replacements are shipped once we receive the returned item.
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment.
  • If the exchange item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference; if it costs less, we will refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
