We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3.3 Payment Methods

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

4.2 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances.

4.3 Delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 15 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Outdoor Cushions
• Outdoor Pillows

Custom or personalized items (e.g., certain garden sculptures and wind chimes) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for authorization and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely repackage the item with the RMA number clearly marked
4. Ship to: Northlight Shop, 1776 Jarvisville Road, Westbury, NY 11590 USA using a trackable method

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error.

5.4 Refunds and Exchanges

After we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
• Exchanges are shipped once we receive the returned item
• For exchanges with price differences, we will invoice or refund accordingly
